This Campaign is sponsored by LifeVantage Corporation (the “Campaign Sponsor” or “LifeVantage”) located at 9785 South Monroe Street, Suite 300, Sandy, Utah 84070.
We encourage anyone to participate in the #TrueConfidence Campaign however, the #TrueConfidence prizes are restricted to US residents only. Void where prohibited.
Employees of the Campaign Sponsor are not eligible to win campaign prizes.
The winner will be notified by phone and email within five business days after the winner announcement. A maximum of three attempts will be made to contact the selected participant over three business days. If the selected participant cannot be reached within three business days, or if the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, another winner will be selected four days after the initial draw and given three days to claim the prize and so on, until the prize has been awarded, or no prize may be awarded at all.
One post per social media platform per month may be entered for various campaign prizes. Example: if you post in all three social media platforms, you entered three times.
Three entries maximum per month however, any #TrueConfidence posts can be randomly picked to be displayed on the LifeVantage web page.
A photo must include TrueScience Product(s) and You.
Submissions must include a description that is 140 characters or less and include #TrueConfidence and @LifeVantage.
Winners will be selected randomly throughout each month during the Campaign. Anyone who has followed the #TrueConfidence participation steps will be entered to win a prize.
The odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible participants.

There will be various prizes awarded during the Campaign period (July 7, 2017 – October 31, 2017). Each prize will be given to one monthly winner. Each monthly prize has a value between $100 - $500 USD.
Throughout the campaign LifeVantage will also recognize various participants with website recognition and a small prize. Each small prize has a value between $10 - $100.
No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve one’s chances of winning.
By using the hashtag #TrueConfidence and tagging @LifeVantage, participants agree to abide by the rules and the decisions of the Campaign Sponsor which are final.
LifeVantage has the right to use any photo using hashtag #TrueConfidence and tag @LifeVantage,without payment or any other consideration. Upon entering the #TrueConfidence Campaign, participants authorize LifeVantage to display these photographs via the Internet through social media and/or the LifeVantage corporate website, or in the public conference setting.
By accepting the prize, the prize winner agrees to hold the Contest Sponsor and its affiliates, parent(s), subsidiaries, agents, and anyone else involved in the development, production or handling or administration of the Campaign and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
All entries become the property of the Campaign Sponsor who assumes no responsibility for Contest irregularities including printing or typographical errors, lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries. The Campaign Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of the website during this Campaign or for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer online systems, websites, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software or any email, online or internet entry lost due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an participant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from downloading any material in the Campaign. Nor is the Campaign Sponsor responsible for any telephone, satellite, cable, network or other equipment, electronics, software, service, transmission, connection, processing or other errors, failures, congestion, accessibility or availability issues or for other technical or human error in the receipt or processing of entries, whether online, by telephone or by mail.
This Campaign may be modified or cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of the Campaign Sponsor without advance notice, for any reason whatsoever.
